Most clients join our support plan because they do not have anyone with the expertise or time to ensure that the online aspects of their business are properly serviced.  Or, they simply want someone to spend a few minutes checking the website updates they've made, or, they just want to take advantage of the discount rate we charge plan clients.  And it can be comforting to know that for the cost of a restaurant meal each month, you have someone available at short notice to check your website changes, fix a PC problem or find-out how to publish an online newsletter.

When you sign-up, you are commiting to a 12 month support plan and one hour per month of support at $45.  And while casual clients are charged $65 per hour or part thereof, as a  plan client, you will continue to enjoy the discounted rate of $45 for your first hour and any additional work. That alone makes our Support Plan worthwhile.

Your hour may be used in any way you wish. Some of the more common uses of our services are listed below.

• Fixing website changes that you've made but which aren't quite right (styling, formatting consistency and editorial accuracy)
• Installing regular security updates to prevent website phishing and hijacking.
• Set-up and/or troubleshoot email accounts and problems.
• Fix or assist with PC issues such as back-ups, anti-virus, etc.
• Provide online marketing advice, e.g. blog set-up or improvement, newsletter lists, etc.
• Conduct basic or advanced content management training.
• Help you create business documents such as PDFs.

We do not offer on-site support and each plan applies to one existing website only.  One hour minimum per month.
